My signature program, Journey to Balanced Living – 12 Week Healthy Lifestyle Experience is designed to educate and empower you to manage your pain, balance your weight naturally and make lasting changes that have the potential to impact the rest of your life.


There are no gimmicks, bars, powders or processed foods. You will enjoy a highly nutritious whole foods & plant-based lifestyle combined with exploration into the medicinal qualities of essential oils, mindful movement, guided meditations & self-care practices to improve your physical health, calm your mind and awaken your spirit.


Goal planning, accountability, motivation, oodles of information, tips, tricks, recipes and support is what I can promise you. If you dedicate yourself to steady change, you will look  and feel amazing, have energy for days and own a body that functions the best it ever has.
